Quantitative and Qualitative Research

We conduct both quantitative and qualitative research. Our methods are selected to best suit the needs of our client. On the quantitative side, we use a variety of data collection methods, including the internet, telephone and mail. On the qualitative side, we conduct face-to-face and technology-enabled interviews as well as focus groups. We also love to conduct ethnographic research and have had some real success with this in a variety of situations.
